We’re proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your purchase of regular priced items to our warehouse within 30 days of the order date. Clearance items are not returnable.

No Refund will be given on items that are not able to be resold because they have been used or washed, contain pet hair or odors, or which have been damaged due to poor return packaging.
To make a return, simply indicate which items you are returning in the Returns column on the packing slip you received with your merchandise. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to make a copy of the form and keep it for your records. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your returned items.

We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. You can expect to see your return processed within 2 – 4 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your original credit card. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Orders placed via PayPal will receive a refund to your PayPal account. Orders placed with a gift certificate will be returned to the original gift certificate. Your refund amount may be adjusted if a coupon was applied to your original order.
We do our best to make sure that your purchase arrives at your door in excellent condition! However, occasionally things happen. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective merchandise please take a photo and send an email to our customer service department at email@example.com. We will replace it immediately or issue a refund in full.
Please save your packaging. We may ask you to repack the item so our shipper can pick it up and return it to our warehouse.
